WHAT'S INCLUDED?

  • 12 week program of 2 x Personal Group Training Sessions a week in our private coaching facility. Your coach will adopt the exercises where you’ll train in a safe, supportive environment for long-term results – There are only 5 spaces available in each session so you get the benefits of individual attention AND the supportive atmosphere of the group.
  • Athlete Check-ins every 4-6 weeks to review exactly where we’re at compared to our vision set within the New Lifestyle Journey Roadmap – so we can keep you 100% on track, and make any adjustments we need so life never gets in the way of you and your goals again. To schedule an Athlete Check-in simply contact one of personal trainer to help you book your appointment.  
  • Private training environment – No waiting around for equipment or feeling crowded in a busy gym. Train in an environment designed to get results, without a busy, impersonal feel.

The same way we don’t do generic training – We don’t do generic results. With our Personal Group Training sessions, we customise the training so that your progress will be based on your goals, condition, and lifestyle.

Your investment for the above is €199 monthly (every 4 weeks), with the option afterwards to continue on a month to month basis (with zero sticky, long-term contracts, because we don’t believe in them).

I’ve never lifted weights before, will this be right for me? 
Weightlifting is the optimal approach for enhancing your physique, building strength, promoting joint health, achieving a toned and athletic appearance, alleviating everyday discomforts, and maximizing the time you invest in training. However, learning the ropes can be daunting, particularly in a large commercial gym setting.

Our Transformation Challenge offers the ideal environment to master weightlifting techniques correctly. You’ll work one-on-one with a knowledgeable and approachable coach, surrounded by a supportive group of men and women who encourage each other’s success and provide unwavering support throughout the journey.

I’ve lifted for years, will I gain much from this program?

Intrinsic to our small group programming is the concept of progression, enabling your coach to guide you through and surpass training plateaus within a nurturing atmosphere.

I’ve been training for years, will you be able to help me get to the next level?

Our coaches stay on top of the latest research and training modalities to ensure we’re always providing the most up to date methods for getting men and women in the best shape of their life

How long does it take to see results?
In terms of outlook and energy? Many of our clients feel the difference after just one week of making their health a priority, noting the drop in afternoon lethargy, and can already feel the impact that positive momentum is having on their body

It’s generally around that 4-5 week mark however that a solid, physical difference begins to show. Whether it’s a notch or two down on the belt buckle, jeans no longer digging into the stomach, or being able to pick your kids up overhead without shoulder pain or groaning.
