Do I need a gym membership? 
The model of “pay for access to a room full of equipment” that traditional gyms run? Tends to work for about 5% of their members. So to ensure you get the maximum possible results for the time you’re putting in- all of your training sessions at Next Level AMS will be appointment based only, with your Personal Trainer, so no extra membership is required.

This approach allows you the security to know that every time you come to train, you’ll leave that much closer to your goals, with no wasted efforts, AND, that added accountability of booking in a specific time with your coach? Means adherence and therefore results, is head and shoulder above the standard “gym membership” approach.

How long does it take to see results? 
In terms of outlook and energy? Many of our clients notice a change after dedicating just two weeks to prioritizing their health. They experience reduced afternoon fatigue and begin to feel the positive effects of momentum on their bodies.

Typically, a noticeable physical transformation starts to emerge around the 4-6 week mark when adhering to the program. I’ve never been to a gym before, will this be right for me?

Isn’t Pilates Reformer the same as yoga?
Pilates Reformer and yoga are not the same, although they share some similarities in promoting flexibility, balance, and body awareness. Pilates Reformer is a form of Pilates that uses a specialized piece of equipment called a Reformer, which utilizes springs, pulleys, and a sliding carriage to create resistance and challenge the body during exercises. Pilates primarily focuses on core strength, alignment, and muscle control.

Do you give me a strict diet to follow?
