Pilates Reformer Personal Training uses a specific piece of equipment (reformer) to emphasizes core strength, flexibility, and posture, which can be especially beneficial during pregnancy. Both are guided by a professional personal trainer to help you prepare your body for birth.
  • Unrivalled Personal Training in our private coaching facility, two or more times per week- where your progression is our number one priority in an environment that allows all the focus to be on you (no waiting for machines, or feeling crowded in a big, impersonal gym).
  • Private training environment– no waiting around for equipment, sharing kit or feeling crowded in a busy gym. The space is exclusively for you and your coach to train, and get great results.

Do I need a gym membership? 
The model of “pay for access to a room full of equipment” that traditional gyms run? Tends to work for about 5% of their members. So to ensure you get the maximum possible results for the time you’re putting in- all of your training sessions at Next Level AMS will be appointment based only, with your Personal Trainer, so no extra membership is required.

This approach allows you the security to know that every time you come to train, you’ll leave that much closer to your goals, with no wasted efforts, AND, that added accountability of booking in a specific time with your coach? Means adherence and therefore results, is head and shoulder above the standard “gym membership” approach.

Do I need to be in shape to start prenatal personal training? 
There is no need to be in shape to start Prenatal Personal Training. Our experienced personal trainers have worked with pregnant women in different stages of pregnancy and at various fitness levels, including those new to exercise or who haven’t been active for a while.
