No at all, many clients go for a hybrid of PT + one group class session weekly for coaching and community.
In the 8 week program you can reschedule up to 4 weeks post your 8-week window. We offer flexible booking and communication via WhatsApp or email, so you won’t lose a session.
No. Every plan is tailored to your current level and goals. We focus on proper form, gradual progression, and sustainable results, not intensity for the sake of it.
Yes. You’ll notice visible improvements in posture, energy, and strength within weeks. Most clients choose to continue after the first program to build long-term results.
