What to expect from our classes

Class Format

  • 50 minutes, warm‑up to cool‑down
  • Max 5 people per class
  • Coach‑supervised stations & circuits
  • Form cues, tempo, and regressions/progressions
  • We use Kettlebells, barbells, dumbbels, and cardio machines

Levels

  • Our classes fit all levels. We adjust and adopt the exercises based on your level, condition, and exirience.

Preparation

  • Training clothes & shoes
  • Water bottle and a towel
  • Arrive 5 minutes early for setup
