Yes. Choose beginner-friendly sessions with Reformer Pilates or any Coached Strength Training session and we’ll scale movements, loads, and intensity to your level.

Coached Strength Training is capped at 5 participants. Coached Reformer Pilates are capped at 6.

Yes. Booking is required to reserve your spot and to keep sessions size small.

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

Yes. If you’re a member of NXT LVL or Workit, your membership allows you to mix Coached Strength Training and Coached Reformer Pilates.

For a Coached Strength Training session a water bottle and a towel is enough. For a Coached Reformer Pilates session you will need Pilates/yoga grip socks – if you don’t have them, you can buy them directly at the studio – just ask you trainer for details.
