Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. All sessions are coach-led with a maximum of 5–6 participants, allowing us to guide you safely regardless of experience level. We also offer different class levels for Reformer Pilates.

Yes. You can secure the program now and start any time until 15th of April. After that date, unused discounted packages expire.

Our semi personal classes offer structured progression and accountability. Your trainer gets to know you from session to session, offer modifications and corrections to each and every member in person.

At NXT LVL we look at sustainable long term change and consistency. Once you’ve finished your initial 8 week program with us, we will choose together a follow up program, either personal training, semi personal groups, or a hybrid program.
