If you’re new or returning after a break, start with our Foundation (Beginner) class.
From there, you can progress to Core Flow or Jumpboard Cardio, and later to Strong Flow once you’ve built strength and control.
Core Flow focuses on controlled, full-body strength with extra emphasis on core stability.
Jumpboard Cardio is more dynamic and intense, combining strength with low-impact cardiovascular work.
No. Our Foundation class is designed specifically for beginners and people new to Reformer Pilates.
Our trainers guide you step by step to ensure safe technique and steady progress.
We keep classes small, maximum 6 participants, so every session stays personal, safe, and effective.
You’ll need Pilates or yoga grip socks (available for purchase at the studio if you don’t have them).
Please wear leggings or pants without a zipper on the back, and arrive 5 minutes before class to get settled and store your belongings in the changing rooms or lockers.
Each Reformer Pilates class lasts 50 minutes, allowing enough time for a complete and focused workout.
Our Reformer Pilates studio is located at Eleanor Rooseveltlaan 106, 1183 CL, Amstelveen, on the third floor.
If you’re coming by tram, get off at Zonnestein. By car, there is both paid and free parking available nearby.
